- Check out your mover and make sure you know what you are getting.

     Are the movers insured?

     Are the moving company employees covered by workers compensation insurance?

     Does the company have a reputation for showing up on time and completing the move successfully?

     Does the moving company have the trucks and personnel to complete large jobs?

-Be prepared for your move.

     Box, seal, and label as much as possible.

     Unload and disconnect refrigerators and freezers.

     Disassemble any furniture if needed.
